MyTrialFile provides document-signing tooling and programmatic access to court data via our APIs. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Accounts
To use certain features you must register an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your account information up to date
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account
- Notify us of any unauthorized use
4. API Keys and Usage
API keys authenticate and meter your use of the Service. You agree to:
- Keep your API keys confidential
- Not share keys with third parties
- Not exceed the rate limits or quotas of your plan
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAMS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
